    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation/Modification:

     
    • If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
    • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the full charge will be applied.
     

    Room-Specific Policies:

     
    • Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary by booking type (Group/Social Bookings). Please check the fare policy associated with your Proposal Letter.

    Deposit Policy

    • The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
    • The Payment terms and condition will vary for Group or Social Booking.
     

    Children and Extra Bed Policy


    Children:

    • One child within 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
    • Children above 6 years are considered as extra person and will be charged Plus Applicable Taxes per person per night for an extra bed.
    • The maximum number of persons can be accommodated is 3.

    Cots:

    • No rollaway bed will be provided in room for extra bed (Mattresses will be provided as extra bed in the room).
     

    Internet

    • WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel and is free of charge for resident guest.
     

    Pets

    • Pets are not allowed.
     

    Hotel Policy


    Photo ID Requirement:

    • A valid Photo ID (Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, Passport, or Aadhar Card) is mandatory for all guests while check-in or while visiting resident guest. Without valid ID, check-in and visitors access to room will be denied.


    Age Restrictions:

    • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.


    Extra Bed Charges:

    • An extra bed is available on a chargeable basis for children above 6 years.


    Check-In/Check-Out:

    • Standard check-in time: 12 Noon.
    • Standard check-out time: 12 Noon.
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


    Room Tariff:

    • Room rates are exclusive of taxes.
    • Optional services (e.g., room service, mini bar, telephone calls etc) will be charged at the time of check-out.


    Admission Rights:

    • The hotel reserves the right to deny admission:


    Modification/Cancellation Charges:

    • Modified bookings are subject to availability and revised policies.
    • Cancellation/modification charges are standard, and waivers are at the hotel’s discretion.
    • The number of modifications allowed per booking is at the discretion of The Sonnet.


    Selective Offers:

    • Special offers are not valid on cancelled or modified bookings for future.
